eway only shows in checkout in test mode

zencart v1.3.9c all was working then moved hosting setup ssl as before but the eway option is only visible in test mode, switch it to live and eway is no longer available in checkout, have uninstalled re-installed replaced all files on the server no change.

I am having this same problem, I can use the test mode but when I enter my customer ID the module is not loading when I go to checkout. I have verified that the server is running SSL, however I have noticed that I get a message saying that the even though the server is secure the data is not being encrypted when I use the paypal module. Could this be the issue?
