Delete All Zones

Is there an easier way to delete all the zones at once, instead of doing it one by one in the admin panel? Is there a .php file I can edit?

You can delete them en mass by going into your database via PHPadmin, going to the zones table, and then deleting the individual zones that you no longer want.

Always back up first.
