Sort by Price on the Page.
Hello everyone. I'm a "new zenner" and pretty new at implementing this system. I have a good operational knowledge of PHP but this is the first time using this system so I am a bit confused as I have also inherited this site from another developer.
If you go to the page in question: www.arteecollage.com; click "tops" under women, you will see I have created a link for "Sort Price By: High | Low." I was on another thread and the code given to create this effect was:
echo '<a href="' . zen_href_link(FILENAME_DEFAULT , "cPath=$cPath") . "&sort=3a" . '">' . "High | " . '</a>';
echo '<a href="' . zen_href_link(FILENAME_DEFAULT , "cPath=$cPath") . "&sort=3b" . '">' . "Low" . '</a>';
On Zen Cart admin, I changed Display Product Default Listing Sort Order to 3a to reflect the price column being "3." There was something on the other threads about seeing the default sort order in the URL when clicking the titles of my products, and then adjusting accordingly. There is no default sort setting? I'm quite confused.
The products seem to be sorted by low to high price, but how can I get this link to work? I would appreciate if you could actually look at the site before responding -- my links only take you to a different page and it doesn't sort anything? Thanks. :blink:
