add a cart button instead of contact for price

I am using 1.3.9 and I would love to know how to turn off the contact us for price and replace it with a add to cart button ? Please I have turned on all the add cart button in the admin panel . I seem to be missing something ? Do I need to add Attribute to my products . Because I dont want to add them . If so is there a work around .
I have tryed all the addon buttons and they still give me contact for price ?

Ok I was having a blonde min lol Store Status changed to live FFs Sorry guys I feel real dumb :(
