Need help with main page settings

I edited the main page in define page editor and it looks like the script on the page i am confused i did it several times and its always they same no mater what i put in there is something shut off??

What version of Zencart? Version 1.3.9g had a bug that did something like that. Upgrading to 1.3.9h will fix it.
