Title Tags are all the same

I am using v1.3.9h and I have added my Title Tag, Keywords, and Description tags clicked submit and clicked update. Gone to the page and refreshed it. Right clicked to view source and my title tag has not changed. Every damn title on my site (http://www.lwgatz.com) is the same! My keywords and description changes are there but not my title tag. What am I doing wrong? Please help!

No, PHP and hosted by stellardomainhosting.com a Zen Cart "Expert" but she does not know what is wrong.

Are you sure it's built with PHP? Some of the links are ASP, and most are .htm. Check the main index page, for example:
