Odd spacing of multiple options

Can some tell my why there is so much space between the two options associated with this product? And how I might fix it.

The RLM Size Option dropdown selections are too far down, from the first set of options (Leafcut Color). I would like to get this corrected before going live. I couldn't find a solution in the CSS.

It looks like the positioning of the "add to cart" button/box is causing the issue. It is on the same row as the first option, and because it is fat the entire row becomes fat, thus the extra space. I don't remember if there is a place in admin to change the positioning of that box, or where you would need to go to move it.
