delete discount coupon per customer

I apologize if I have not been good to search in the forum, but honestly I have not found anything like that. I would simply delete the use of a discount coupon from a customer, so he can use the coupon again. (the discount coupon have 1 use per customer). Thank you

Once the coupon has been deleted it can't be undone. But you can recreate the coupon as the same way you did it.

I do not want to delete the coupon, I just want to cancel the use of coupons for that customer.

the only way to cancel the coupons is deleted them so it won't be used.

I explain better: my customer has made a purchase using the discount coupon. For various reasons we have to cancel this order (goods no longer available), but my customer wants to use the voucher on another order. How to solve it?

Once the coupon has been used on a previous order and it cannot be used again. The only way is to create another voucher for another order.

If the Order was canceled and you want the customer to be able to use the Discount Coupon on another order, you would need to remove the record for its previous use in the table:
coupon_redeem_track

Ajeh:

I've found the id of my customer, I'v found it into coupon_redeem_track db table and symply I've delete record.
