Banner placement question.

Hello, I am in process of designing a template for my new venture https://www.ozjewels.com. I am having troubles under sting the positioning of template at index page. WHat I want is something like this http://www.templatemonster.com/demo/35740.html

I am finding it really hard to achieve as you can see there are product display under the banners as well. ANy insights would be highly appreciated.

Sorry, Not a banner, that is the header with 3 levels.

first is the top navs
second is the search, logo and shoppingcart
third is bottom navs

best way i personally think you'll do this is create the code in html then add it in the admin section for tools/definepageseditor/mainpage
