i made the picture of my problem i circled it . i want to know how can i edit out per item the best way option how do i edit it and then the problem with usps

Edit the file:
/includes/modules/shipping/usps.php

and find the line:

$shipping_ounces = zen_round($shipping_ounces, 3); 

change the 3 to a 2 so it reads:

$shipping_ounces = zen_round($shipping_ounces, 2);

ok i got it to work now how can i fix the ounces and weight

i also want to know when it is one pound why it say 1 x 4.00lbs and when it say 2lbs it 1.5.00lbs . that is confusing

Tare adds extra weight for packaging (default is 3 units). If you don't want this, you need to set this to 0 as Ajeh described.

I am using ver. 1.3.9h

I have installed the french ver. 1.3.9h on top of the english, then added CEON manual card processing and Canada Post module -- all working appropriately.

This is a brand new uncustomized install, except as noted.

I am working on localhost.

Everything seems to be working really well, until I try to check out a test order, the UPS module returns the note:

United Parcel Service
We are unable to obtain a rate quote for UPS shipping.
Please contact the store if no other alternative is shown.

This is the installed UPS module that comes in the version.

I am getting no other errors but I can't figure our for the life of me why it doesn't get the UPS quote. Canada Post works like a dream.

Any thoughts would be greatly helpful, thanks
