Customer can't complete checkout via Paypal

I have a customer who is trying to buy a Gift Certificate to my store but she is having trouble completing the checkout in PayPal. This is what she told me "I click paypal and submit order well then it goes to paypal and I click pay now then it goes back to your site will all the same info so I sumbit order and it does it all over again"

She is an US order and I checked to make sure I didn't have anything blocked on PayPal and I don't.

Could it be something on her end? Or am I missing something?

I have the newest version of zen cart. Oh and she went through the whole complete checkout process if that helps any.

I wish I could test it out and get all the way into PayPal to see if it works for me or not. If anyone wants to test it out let me know and I will refund you right back. (US Only)

Yes I tried going through the full checkout and through the PayPal Express button on the shopping_cart and neither completed the order ...

That's really strange! Did you get all the way into PayPal and were you able to click the Pay Now button like my customer?

I got into PayPal and told PayPal to complete the order and was sent back to your checkout_payment page ...

Hmm sounds like what she said too. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Did you change something in the checkout files to make it run differently in any way to a normal checkout?

Not that I remember. I haven't touched anything in my files for about a month. I'll look through my most recent backup and try reinstalling that to see if that works.

You appear to be using Fast and Easy Checkout ... perhaps you should check on the support thread for that about this issue as I have no idea how that is suppose to be working or what might be broken on yours ...

I just remembered the last thing I did was that I deleted all the countries and zones that weren't the US. Would that have caused this problem? I do have a database backup before I did that. Not sure how to put it back into the database though lol.

I am in the US so not sure what affect that would have on this problem ...

Thanks! I wasn't sure if that was it. I did put my problem in the Fast and Easy Checkout too. I will keep searching to see if I can find an answer.

I had Express Checkout: Require Confirmed Address set to yes and once I changed it to no I got it to work.
