I need to modify the moneyorder.php language file

My store is a hobby, not a real business, and I don't have a business account at the local bank so they won't let me deposit checks made out to my store name. I had modified the moneyorder.php file slightly so that the confirmation email to the customer says:

Make Payment out to:
My name.

Mail payment to:
store name
my address

short paragraph here about "Please don't make payment out to (store name) because my bank doesn't like it"

Anyhow, that seemed to work for a while. Most customers are using paypal and the few that want to send a check/money order fill it out in my name. But today I got someone who didn't read the email and I have to send his check back and so I just want to change the paragraph completely so instead of seeing "store name" on mail payment to line, it sees my name.

It's lines 23 and 24 of moneyorder.php and should be simple but I'm having brain farts.
It currently says:
Line #23 : define('MODULE_PAYMENT_MONEYORDER_TEXT_DESCRIPTION', 'Please make your check or money order payable to:<br />' . MODULE_PAYMENT_MONEYORDER_PAYTO . '<br /><br />Mail your payment to:<br />' . nl2br(STORE_NAME_ADDRESS) . '<br /><br />' . 'Please DO NOT make your payment out to MY STORE NAME because my bank won't accept it. yada yada yada.');

Is this the correct change:
Line #23 : define('MODULE_PAYMENT_MONEYORDER_TEXT_DESCRIPTION', 'Please make your check or money order payable to:<br />' . MODULE_PAYMENT_MONEYORDER_PAYTO . '<br /><br />Mail your payment to:<br />' My name that is on the check and the mailbox <br/> Street Address <br/> City State Zip <br/><br/> <big><bold>DO NOT MAKE YOUR CHECK OUT TO store name. <big/><bold/> Thank You. Your order will not ship until my name receives payment.');

I'd like to get it right the first time so I can jump in and make the change while traffic is slow, and hopefully avoid the white screen of death.

Re: I need to modify the moneyorder.php language file

Well I got impatient and tried to make the change and must have thrown a few extra commas or apostrophe marks in there or whatever it takes to make a php file vomit because that's what it did. So I restored the original file and got it working again, went into the store configuraiton on the admin panel and changed the store address from "store name" "street" "city" to "my name" "street" "city" and did a practice purchase and now it says on the checkout screen and in the email "make checks payable to MY NAME and send them "TO ME" so that looks good. But then it changed on the "contact us" page also, and I'd really like my store name to be there.....

Re: I need to modify the moneyorder.php language file

And just to close out the thread -
I figured it out. Yes it was sheer stupidity on my part. Yes, I know some of that code I typed up in the first post is gibberish. That was the caffeine speaking and I'm sorry.

No, I can't tell you how I got it but I can tell you that the answer lies in the line 24 - the email footer. Apparently carriage returns for php email are done with a \n. Whoda thunk it?

And it seems that if you start a text string with quotation marks, you have to close it with quotation marks and not an apostrophe. One little floating comma and it crashes? Well if the machines ever do take over, I now know how to bring them down. :laugh:

If computers were so smart they'd know what I meant to type, not what I actually typed....
