How to put a space in categories and add text

As you can see by visiting the below site I am trying to put a space and some text below the "skimmers" category.

Can someone please tell me the file to achieve this and what the html code is I need to enter possibly?

Your template has some sort of custom categories sidebox, but it does no more than make the categories a <ul> list. Categories Dressing will make a correctly nested set of <ul> lists, plus allow you to add headings above or subtext below any desired category (as well as numerous other possibilities).

I'm sorry I do not understand you. Is there a file I can go to and enter a space in between categories and text?

And where is the file located please.

Install the Categories Dressing mod from Free Addons. Its readme file has full instructions, and you can post in the support thread if you need more help.
