How to upgrade???

Hello guys.

The host of my server upgraded it to php v5.3 and of course my page which was build on zen-cart 1.3.8 doesn't work anymore. I can't access the page and so fore want to upgrade it to 1.3.9. What to do? I can only access the directory with files on my server but not the web page.

Please don't use it as a substitute for upgrading though - 1.3.9h and 1.5.0RC2 are much more secure than your current version.
