Set up "password needed" to gain entry to site?

Just a quick question: is it possible to set the site showing products w/out pricing unless the approved customer logs in? In short, can I set things up in my zc that require a contact form submission and our approval in order to access pricing? This is in reference to possbily setting up a wholesale site - State business license/tax permit required to be on file with us in order to view pricing and place orders. I went through the add-ons and a large part of this forum, but haven't found an answer - might have missed something, but I don't think so. :frusty:

thanks gjh, but is there a way that you can do this but have it so that it directs you to the homepage where it doesn't have any products showing instead of just taking you directly to the customer registration form?

If you only need to hide prices (as your OP implied), you can use settings of 2 and 2 for the items mentioned above. This should not shove the login form in your face on the homepage.

If you do need to hide products, it should be possible to restyle the login form/page so there is content above it for your homepage.
