Possible to have a product with multiple options AND prices?

Using V 1.3. 9h
We had a server crash, and I'm rebuilding from scratch because after a year, we found that our choices were not optimal first time around. What I'd like to do is be able to list books - and under that product, give the option of eBook / Audiobook / Trade paperback. Easy enough to make them all attributes on a drop-down, but how do I have a single product with a different price, dependent on which format they choose?

To be clearer...it's not enough to be able to use the attributes to + and - the prices. The eBook option needs a drop-down of it's own to choose the format - all of those formats share a price...

The audiobook option name requires (sometimes) multiple downloads

The paperback is easy, just a price, but the other two options require multiple attributes of their own so it seems I need more than one option name for each product.
