Customer account creation error

When I tried to test my new store with the first order by creating a new customer account I received this error:

1062 Duplicate entry '3' for key 1
in:
[insert into customers_info (customers_info_id, customers_info_number_of_logons, customers_info_date_account_created, customers_info_date_of_last_logon) values ('3', '1', now(), now())]

Any ideas? Thanks.

I'm wondering if the Master Password module I installed had caused this?

No one has seen or know of this error befor? Any suggestion woud be greatly appreciated.

It means you've been hand deleting or adding entries to one of the tables (perhaps customers). Don't do this.

Thank you for the reply. I have only deleted the test customer from the admin area. I do not know how how to hand delete entries, not sure how I would have done that by accident. But regardless, how would I correct the issue currently, as this error occurs anytime a new customer tries to create an account? Thanks.
