Cannot add the first product to the shopping cart

Hi all,
I have a problem with my products all page. i cant add the first product to the shopping cart when i press the add to cart button. but rest of the products can be added.
the URL is All Products
i searched for threads regarding this in zen cart, but none of those are related to my problem. can anyone help?

If you change to the Classic Template does it work?

I can see in the View Source that the code is wrong for the first products on page 1 or page 2 ... but I am not seeing why it would be producing the code incorrectly for the 1st product on the page ...

yes it works fine with the original coding. besides it was working with this template as well. but now it doesn't. i did few eiditing to the code before this happens and i restore the backup as well. but for some reason t doesn't work as i require. maybe i have done too much editing in coding.
Any way, thank you for checking my coding.

Get something like Beyond Compare from scootersoftware.com and see what the differences are for your templates and overrides and the original code ...
