Resizable 'Message' text box in 'Contact Us'

Resizable 'Message' text box in 'Contact Us'

When the corner of the Message text box is dragged, it pushes the right column boxes out of the main column.
What do I need to do to only allow the users to drag it down, not right or left?

This is a modern browser feature and has no setting (as far as I am aware) in the code.
