mysterious gap under header in IE7

My site has a small gap under the header image and above the breadcrumb bar that is showing in IE7 (no problem in Firefox). I know how to fix this in a standard HTML page but the fix did not work here. The fix is to add display:block to the #logo img in the css stylesheet. Is there something I can do in the PHP files? I do not know PHP.
If you want to have a look at the website it's https://www.jrjohnstontack.com

I'm using v1.3.9

No, this is strictly a stylesheet issue. I took a look and couldn't figure out which element to adjust, but somewhere you have either a margin: or padding: element that's causing the problem. In any event, the site looks fine in IE8, Chrome, and Firefox so don't stress about it. Only a tiny percentage of people still use IE7.

The best way to learn is to try stuff. But, back it up first.
