USPS and UPS Shipping Troubles

Hi,

My product shipping weight is 2 lb for all my products. But when I go to ship my product USPS and UPS all say the product weighs 5 lb. Does anyone know why this is?

Go to the Configuration ... Shipping/Packaging ... and you will see the Tare Settings ... these add weight to the order ... set them to 0:0 and then they will not add the extra weight ...
