Can't able to install.

Dear Sir

I am trying to install Zen Cart v1.3.9h on Unix server but when i prompt at "www.mydomain.com/zc_instal/index.php" it shows a blank page. I have completed all basic configuration before installation but the problem is still there.
Please help me to resolve this issue.
