Buttons on the checkout/step1 shipping page too big

step 1 checkout/shipping page has extra large text in left column
checkout_shipping
Because of the css code on that particular page I was able to fix the center column text BUT the text in the left hand column are too big ONLY on this page no place else.

I do not see how to fix the size of the buttons for this page only without effecting the other buttons.

I was able to find a way to fix the center column text size but that did not work for the buttons since it was just applied to the center column. I do not see the button code on the checkout_shipping page so I can not put a class or id around that area on that particular page.

How do I fix this?
