Error after completing checkout with Amazon

Zen Cart Version: v1.3.9h

This is the page it takes me to once when I confirm the order page from amazon:

1364 Field 'orders_id' doesn't have a default value
in:

When I login and check amazon seller, I see the orders and if I check my amazon payment account I see the order being process, so it seems to be working but I cant get past this page. Any ideas?

When I click on a product to: add this item to my cart.

underneat the refresh button and estimate shipping this is the error code listed:

any ideas as why this error code is showing up?
