Help! Database backup from Godaddy, now Connection error "0 DB_ERROR_NOT_CONNECTED"

I backup my database from Godaddy from phpmyadmin, and after I saved the DB file, I cannot log in my admin page. It shows

0 DB_ERROR_NOT_CONNECTED
in:
[select * from zen_project_version WHERE project_version_key = 'Zen-Cart Database' ]
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

I searched on this forum, but can't really find the answer to fix this problem. Why does this happen?? All I did was backup/export my database....

My webpage now displays this:
"Sorry!
There seems to be a problem connecting to our database. Please give us a few minutes to remedy the problem. Thank you."

I read somewhere about the config files, but I cannot find the fix...please help!

Thanks...but I cannot click "this" on your reply..can you please relink it again?

So it appears that I changed the database password, and that is why my page had an error.

I changed it back to my old password, and now is back to normal. Thanks all :)
