[Fixed v1.5.1] "broken link" in default installation

Not a bug per se, but a bit embarasing... The default install advertises the ZenCart manual from lulu.com

When clicked, it goes to lulu.com which says "We're sorry, the item you requested is not available."

Maybe the link should be fixed?

Searching lulu.com shows several zencart realted books thou.
