Newsletter e-mail headers/footers?

Where do I change the header and footer of the Newsletter's? I am sending in HTML.

The HTML email templates are in the /email folder.

Thanks. I found it and got it changed. I just edited header.jpg and replaced the original. Voila! :smartalec:
