Sudden IPN DEBUG message emails

Things were working fine and then recently we have been getting these errors IPN DEBUG message (1325805077_3sVQ) #3 At one time we can receive up to 40 emails with this error listed as well as other errors like before_process - EC-3

Our order goes though ZenCart and through Paypal, but we get these 40 or so errors in addition.

You've set your PayPal module to send debug logs by email. Turn it off in your store's paypal module settings.

You need to find out WHY the setting was changed. WHO changed it? Are they trusted?
