404 error during checkout

Hello all,

Running ZC1.39h, I'm getting a 404 error on page 2 of the checkout process. Should I just re-upload the necessary file, and if so what is the path?

What payment module are you using?

Working with Paypal IPN and Ceon Manual card. Tried removing them and working with other modules, but same result.
