JROX JAM Affiliate program integration different domain name

Hi, I have set up JAM and ZC.

Now I have to setup remote cookies for JAM to track on a different domain name, becouse shop is on one domain and JAM in on secend domain.

In JAM suport said:

''you will have to edit the main index file where zencart loads the home page.
we do not know this by default.
you will need to consult the zencart documentation as to where to do it.
you can also create a track.php file to edit and upload that to your zencart folder.
you can then have JAM redirect to the track.php file to set the cookie, then have it again redirect to zencart.''

1. Where is main index file for ZC?
2. in what folder to upload track.php file ?

That's the index.php file that your home page runs from.
It's the index.php file in your main Zen Cart directory.
It's the index.php file in the same folder as ipn_main_handler.php and your /includes/ folder and all your other Zen Cart main folders.
