Cannon find where to change free shipping value?

When an order for over $500 is placed in my store, the costumer get the shipping for free.. However, I cannot find where in my store this has been set up?

I have checked shipping modules and only using ZoneRated and free shipper (under free shipper is no alternative as "free shipping for order above $xxx)

when i use developers tool kit, I cannot find where the value has been put in either?

can someone help me locate where I change the value?

found it under "shipping" under order total modules...
