Not accepting payments from your region

I've searched all the threads and spent 2 days on this and cannot figure why my payment with a credit card will not work. It says, sorry not accepting payments in your region. I've tried changing all the zones and shipping options, but nothing seems to work. This is pretty much my last step before I go live. Please help! I will definitely give access if need be or my site if that helps.

if you have only one shipping module and the zone in your shipping module is set to specific zone say texas and the purchaser is in california they are then not in the shipping zone. Zen Cart then returns the message that your store is not shipping in that zone.

try leaving the zone within the shipping modules set to none and see if that makes a difference.

Hi There...I'm having the same problem...The store's location is Malta, i created the zone Malta (with its corresponding tax location)- with -none- for shipping and it is still showing that payments cannot be accepted. Any ideas as i am really stumped on this one ?
