order confirmation email not being sent to customers

Hi,

I have created a test order to make sure everythig is working fine but the confirmation order is not coming throught o the customer. I get a copy sent to my company email but the customer does not receive theirs.

Can anyone help?

Are you sure it's "not sent"? Or just "not arriving"?
Perhaps it's caught in their spam folder.
