side boxes editing number of product quantities question

zen cart 1.3.9

I want to edit the side boxes product quantities.

For example my Specials box has two products and my Featured box has two products, but my New Products has three.

How do change the quantities of products in the boxes?

I've tried and tried to find it under the admin. I must be overlooking it?
