How to get Image Handler v3 "hover" to stop operating globally??

I installed Image Handler v3 and configured the settings to work on my product page. Although the hover effect is operating on every page of the site including the Related Items, New Products, etc.

How do I get it to stop doing this? Should I configure the setting so that the hover effect only works on _MED images?
