Products display 10 per page- How do I change to 20 per page?

Presently my products are being displayed 10 per page. I want to decrease the number of pages and increase the number to 20 per page for example so it is easier to browse. How can I do this for all my product listings? Thanks!

Admin/configuration/maximum values

The best way to learn is to try stuff. But, back it up first.
