'Filter By' not working correctly

Hi there,

v1.3.9h

I am hoping someone can help me..... I am having trouble with the 'Filter By' on my site.

If I go to All Products then the sort by works with no problems but if I go to a category or choose a manufacturer then I see a 'Filter By' with A,B,C etc but when choosing a letter it does not work. The page looks to refresh but products have not been filtered by the letter selected.

Can anyone help please?

I can't see what the problem is, but if I select the same letter on my stock test site, I see a URL that's a little different:

http: //papercraftkits.com/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=265&sort=&alpha_filter_id=70

http: //stevesh.org/demo/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=21&sort=20a&alpha_filter_id=70

That might mean something to someone.

I'm not sure what it's for, but using the DTK to search for '20a', I find it's in this file:

includes/index_filters/default_filter.php

You might check that file to see it isn't missing or corrupted.

Thanks for that.... Must have been a corrupt file as replace it with one from fresh download and now works :D
