How to resize images globally?

Not sure if this is the right place for this but...

I migrated all data (including images) over from an older version of my site onto a new hosting company. Installed ZC, template so everything is good to go except my images problem. Anyhow, the person prior to me had uploaded GIGANTIC images (talking 3300px x 4000px). Not all of them are this size though. Obviously they load slow and I'd like them to be optimized.

Is there a way to go in (with Photoshop or Lightroom possibly) and re-size the huge images down to 750px? I have hundreds.

Thanks!

Yep, it called "batch process", personally i use irfanview which is free, but there are tutorials out there that tell you how to do it for photoshop etc.
