All products, no next/prev buttons

Greetings,

When selecting something from the categories and viewing the single product info... I am able to see the previous, listing, and next buttons. However, when using the "All Products" page... there are no previous, listing, and next buttons -- rather they are blank. The layout is still exact the same when viewing something off the categories, the only thing missing is the buttons from the "All Products" page.

How can this be fixed?

Okay, I found out why there weren't any previous, listing, and next buttons. However... when going to the "All Products" page and selecting one of the products to view the info, there is an issue. When clicking "next" -- it depends on the category itself, and not the all products.

Let's say something like:

Food Category

1. Pie
2. Apple

Clothing Category
2. Shirt
4. Pants
5. Socks

When using the "All Products" listing and selecting one of the products... it's categorized already. So, if I select 3. Apple, and click next... it will go back to 1. Pie and not 4. Pants. How can I make sure that when someone click "next" it shows ALL products, and not only the categorical items?
