Bypass Cached version of our site

Hi guys,

We've a few ezpages that are constantly updated with new offers etc. However a lot of people are seeing the older version of the page (presumably cached in their browser)

Is there any way to force a hard load as such from the server for specific pages ?

I'd also be looking to do this for the main page too if possible.
