EZ-Pages not loading after install

EZ-Pages not loading after install. please see below.

Hi, just installed zen cart, new domain, new dbase, all new. 1.5x, working thru setup and I go to ez-pages and zen cart is throwing and error. Refresh doesn't work.

Any suggestions?

Oh almost forgot, installed Ceon URI and Bloom template by pixemus/12leaves.
