featured sidebox add to cart/more info

ok, not seeing the issue in my code, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Simply want an add to cart button & more info button unless product has attributes then just a more info button.

working great on the specials & new sidebox, also works on the featured, new & specials centerbox

code:

After playing around with this I noticed when changing from the right column to the left column it worked fine.

Any Ideas!

Sorry but if I understand correctly, you wanted to include an "Add to Cart" link to items in the "Featured" sidebox. You give a few lines of code asking for help and then say that it works fine.

Unless you don't want to share, is it possible to tell us which is the final code (if you changed it since your first post) and where to add it please?

I added the following statement to:

You need an image named:
button_more_info_small.png
&
button_buy_now_small.png

Upload those images to:
/includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/buttons/english

You will need to add those buttons to your
/includes/languages/english/YOUR_TEMPLATE/button_names.php

Sorry for the delayed reply, I was trying to implement another add-on which took some time.

I implemented the code and the buttons appear, but...

... whatever product's button I select for "Buy" or "Info", it only links to the top product in the featured sidebox and places it in the cart or shows its description! :shocking:

Any ideas why?

you are correct when I changed it to three products the buttons picked up the first products id.

Thank you, the new code in your post #13 works perfectly now. I have implemented it on the live store (link in signature) both in English and Greek pages.
