Showing All Products in a Category

Hi,

I am looking to see if anyone knows how to display "all products" within a single category. I am using the extension "Column Layout Grid for Product Listing" so I can have three across on my product listings page here: http://shop.snazzyjazzypet.com/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=1

I'm trying to get it to show all products within this category instead of having to paginate, or at least add the option for the customer. Does anyone know if there is an admin setting for this to occur, or am I going to have to alter code somewhere.

Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.

Probably Admin - Configuration - Maximum Values - Products Listing- Number Per Page

Re: Showing All Products in a Category

No, I set that to 60 and it did nothing to be able to extend the page to show more products. Any other suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

I'm going to guess you changed the wrong value. Make sure it's the Products Listing- Number Per Page setting, about two-thirds of the way down the list. Changing that to 30 works on my stock test site.

No, i changed the exact one you mentioned. It wasn't hard to find. I have it set to 30 right now and it does not influence the page. I believe is has something to do with the extension to control column layout. Thanks for trying.

Re: Showing All Products in a Category

My guess is that you are using a TemplateMonster template...

These templates are "hard-wired" to bypass many core functions. What is the result if you switch back to zencart's classic template?

See here: http: //www.stevesh.org/demo2 and click on Test Examples (16) - 16 products in three columns, using the mod you referenced. I have the setting we discussed set to 30.

Maybe something about your template ? Does it change if you switch to the Classic template ?
