how do I install FedEx support?

It won't let me start a new post so I had to comment here. Pleeeease, pleeease help. This site is terrible with no customer service. I need to install the Fedex module for shipping. I can't find anything about it in FAQs, only talks about USPS. Or if someone can tell me how to upload the files and to where? On my shipping page there is not anywhere for uploads. Please help!!

Not the best way to start a request for help, I'm thinking.

There is a Fedex module in the Free Software Add Ons (link above) which contains installation instructions.

Can someone tell me SPECIFICALLY where to find the instructions to install the FedEx module because I've not been able to find anything. From what I was able to find it appears I just need to know where SPECIFICALLY to upload to, but I don't know where that is and I don't know exactly WHAT to upload (is it the zip file or the root folder once extracted??). Every post I've found assumes too much or things have moved since the post and the information is now wrong.

If you're talking about the mod by Numinix, there's a readme text file with instructions.

You would unzip the mod zip file on your local computer and upload the images, includes, and module_version folders to the root (top) directory of your site. All the files inside will fall where they belong.

Then according to the readme, you need to edit tpl_footer.php to include the Fedex copyright info.

Then you can install Fedex in Admin - Modules - Shipping.
