Banner between category tabs and content wrapper

Hello,

Any idea on how I could place some banners below the category tabs just like most t e m p l a t e m o n s t e r templates?

I don't know about TM templates (thankfully) but if you specify your banner in Header Position 3, it will end up at the top of the center column.
