Suddenly Customer Comments Not Stored (REALLY URGENT PLEASE HELP)
Hi
My site has stopped storing customer comments for some orders. People enter their comments into the comment box but it isnt being saved. Its happening for about half the orders. I have changed nothing on my site.. its just started happening. Please any ideas?
