How do I add things to the Information block?

Version v150, no upgrade, fresh install, the modules installed are Advanced Shipper, TinyMCE, and Blank Sidebox, all installed via FTP. I've customized a few CSS things (mainly the width of the shop and the side columns).
I've also disabled a lot of the blocks that were in the side columns.
Yes I've looked in the FAQ/Tutorials and searched the forum and haven't found an answer.
I even ran a Google search of site:http://www.zen-cart.com/ for what I was looking for.

But I want to add things (or remove things) from the Information block. For example, I created a define_warranty.php under /includes/languages/english/html_includes (where the other stuff from that block seemed to be) but I can't figure out how to get it into the list :(

includes>languages>english.php

add this:

define('TEXT_WARRANTY', 'Put warranty information here');

in includes>templates>modules>folder with your template name on it >sideboxes> information.php

you didn't say if you wanted text which is the above approach or a link which would be coded different.

That didn't work... Also, how do I put new pages in the Admin > Configuration > Define Page Status page?
