Exporting Reports

I need to export a sales report in excel format for the past year for my CPA. Can someone here please tell me how to do it.

I can print it out of paper but he wants it on a disc in .xls format

The "Sales Report" and "Monthly Sales/Tax Report" mods both have export or output to CSV options built in. Any CPA should be able to open that format with Excel with no problems.
