COD fee option missing
I have the COD module installed but noticed I don't see the COD fee option anywhere. The module was at one point reinstalled. What happened to fee option?
I only see the following in the COD module as options:
Cash on Delivery
Enable Cash On Delivery Module
True
Payment Zone
--none--
Set Order Status
default
Sort order of display.
