Contact Us - I don't receive any email from it

I've recently upgrade from 1.3.9d to f and now I'm the same problem as you.
I've no SSL (OFF in both configure.php files)
I can receive email from orders, new customer subscription, products notification, password forgotten etc. All except from contact_us. I'm using the same template as my previous zencart version.
in admin>email settings I've set to PHP and tried also with SMTP and SMTPAUTH (with and without scrolling option).
All my email address in my admin>email settings are ok (also compared with my previous zencart version in my local server).
Don't know where else to check :(

If you have no SSL, then it's extremely odd that you're getting any encryption errors, because encryption only occurs when using SSL.

Really sorry, I explained wrong. Let me revise: I've no encryption errors. My contact us page don't send any email. I've no error message, in fact when I submit the send button the navigation bar address shows:
http://www.MYDOMAIN.com/index.php?main_page=contact_us&action=send

on the page there is no message such as: Email sent and, of course, I don't receive any email from it.

Sorry for my OT :oops:

I checked https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/index.php?article=82 but I think the wrong thing should be somewhere else.
My cache folder had no debug files, I get no error message from contact us page, no zero byte files, I use Filezilla as suggested.

When a customer compile the "contact us" page, there is no error message, no blank page and there is no message "email sent successfully" because the page remain as is.

I read somewhere that someone had the same problem with zencart 1.3.9h but I lost the link. I'll check again ;-)

What addons do you have installed?
What files exist in the /includes/modules/pages/contact_us/ folder, and how have those files been altered from the original Zen Cart code?

Addons installed: Minimum Order, Edit order, css Flyout Menu, Footer menu, Easy populate, tinymce editor, zencart slideshow, ultimate seo url (disabled). I think no one of them could influence such problem.

In /includes/modules/pages/contact_us/ folder there are only header_php.php and on_load_main.js from the standard zencart (I already re-copy them from the standard zancart but there is no change). :frusty:
